Jonathan is the Director and joint owner of the Pension Drawdown Company. He started this Company in 1996 and as of November 2010, manages investments funds in excess of £80 million. |

Bob Diamond is a Pension Specialist who has been with the company since its incorporation in 1996. Bob has been a financial adviser since 1989. |

Tony joined the company in July 2007. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Tony qualified in 1977 and has worked in both public practice and commerce specialising in the requirements of SME companies.
Tony has responsibility for the finance function of the company. |

Robert Bolton is a practising Barrister. His experience as Counsel within the Royal Navy has allowed him to develop a considerable practice in the Courts Martial of all services.
Robert is also fully qualified as a Diplomaed Financial Adviser. |

Working in Financial Services since 1988, Andrew started his career with NatWest Retail and during his 21 years with them, has worked in many areas of Banking. Andrew worked his way up through the roles in personal banking through to the customer adviser type roll involved in Personal Lending and Personal Loans. Andrew also undertook the small business adviser role training with the Bank and was given discretionary powers to lend to businesses as well as personal lending.
Andrew worked on the support function when RBS took over NatWest and was responsible for the support migrating the NatWest Branches in Devon and Cornwall onto the RBS platform, at the time this was the largest IT system migration project undertaken in the UK.
Following this success Andrew moved back into the front line with customers, where he became a successful Mortgage Adviser in Plymouth and South Devon. In 2005 he was asked to take on the role of Area Mortgage Manager, responsible for the largest team of Mortgage Advisers in NatWest covering the South West of England.
Andrew is currently a qualified financial adviser and is undertaking further training to become fully diplomaed. |

Prior to joining The Pension Drawdown Company, Roger moved to Barclays Wealth in February 2011 for a career change into Financial Planning within the Wealth Advisory business.
Previously, Roger had accumulated fifteen years' experience in Executive Search, offering a specialised service to Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, and Asset Managers.
The sector focus included Commodity, Emerging Market, and Fixed Income businesses.
With market contact across Trading, Sales, and Research professionals involved with cash and derivative instruments based across Europe, his activity included market analysis, competitive intelligence, and consultancy.
Roger is a financial adviser and is working towards completion of the diploma. |

Suzanne studied German and Geography at Queen Mary, University of London achieving a first. She spent part of her degree at Augsburg, Bavaria becoming fluent in German.
She then spent 12 years at Cargill, a large privately held commodity and financial trading company.
She specialised in trading rubber before transferring to the financial side of the business where she was involved with management of the hedge fund execution desk and finished her career there as manager of the Treasury and Risk Management Group within the Financial Markets Division. Suzanne then retired to concentrate on raising three children. Suzanne has spent the last four years volunteering at the Citizens Advice Bureau. She is now studying for the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. |

Adam joined the company in 2009 bringing with him 10 years of administration experience in the finance sector. He previously worked for Halifax bank for a number of years and then moved on to a specialist mortgage company where he became a valued member of the management team.
With The Pension Drawdown Company Adam oversees the day to day running of the office and is often the first port of call for client enquiries.
Adam is currently studying towards becoming a financial adviser himself and will hopefully be fully qualified shortly. His role will continue as office manager for the foreseeable future but having the qualifications and the technical knowledge will assist him further in his role. |

Jo has worked part time for the Pension Drawdown Company since August 2002. She previously worked at Nortel Optical Devices Division in Laser Test for 15 years and as an administrator at Torbay Hospital.
Her main role is to produce client's monthly/quarterly schedules. |

Having graduated from Cardiff University in 1990 with an Upper Second class Honours degree in Economics, Julia was offered the post of Researcher in the same department. Teaching on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, Julia worked as a Researcher and Associate for several years at Cardiff. Projects included financial economics, labour economics and industrial relations related work.
Following a move to Bath, Julia completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Careers Guidance at the University of the West of England (UWE) in 2004, obtaining a Distinction. Subsequently she worked for the Connexions service in Wiltshire before taking up the position of Careers Adviser at the University of Bath. With primary responsibility for providing guidance and advice to all students on all Business and related courses during her time there, Julia also wrote reports following her many employer visits and became qualified in psychometric testing. |

Justin is a software engineer with over 16 years experience covering the full project life cycle. After graduating from the University of Essex he began his career in the defence industry working on the modernisation of the command and control system for the Type 22 naval frigate, the GSA 8 gun and working on the Eurofighter 2000 for British Aerospace.
He later moved into the telecommunications industry where he ran, with two other directors, a highly specialised software design company which attracted clients such as Nortel Networks.
Justin's main role in the Pension Drawdown Company is to manage the IT infrastructure and the company's web site. He is a member of the British Computer Society. |
