On 6th April 2006 (A-Day) new pension regulations came into force – commonly known as Pension Simplification. It is far from simple and specialist advice is needed to determine the best and most appropriate route depending on your individual circumstances. We undertake research on your existing plans before advising you what is the most appropriate course of action to take.
